News Video Maker — Terms of Use
Last updated: 18 October 2026
These terms apply when you use the News Video Maker app ("the app") made by AKS Technologies, Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, India ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them.
1. Your account
You sign in with your mobile number. Keep your phone secure; you are responsible for what is done with your account. Give a real name and channel name. One subscription is for one person.
2. Free trial and subscription
- New accounts get a free trial for the period shown in the app. When it ends, a subscription is needed to keep making videos.
- Subscriptions are bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play, renew automatically until you cancel, and are charged by Apple or Google.
- Cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules.
- Some features (for example Go Live) may be offered only to selected or premium accounts.
3. Your content
The videos you make, and the photos, clips, music, logos and words you put in them, are yours. You are responsible for them: you must have the right to use everything you add (including music and other people's photos or footage), and what you publish must be accurate and lawful.
You must not use the app to make or broadcast content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or that harms children, invades someone's privacy, or infringes copyright or trademarks. The app's templates are for your videos; you may not sell or share the templates themselves.
4. Go Live
Go Live sends your camera directly to the service you choose (for example Facebook) with your stream key. That service's own terms and rules apply to your broadcast, including its limits on live videos. Keep your stream keys private.
5. Our app
We may change, add or remove features and templates, and may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. The app is provided "as is"; we work hard to keep it reliable but cannot promise it will always be free of errors or available. Keep copies of videos that matter to you.
6. Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or for content you create or publish, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Privacy
How we handle your information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Himachal Pradesh have jurisdiction.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above will change, and important changes will be shown in the app. Questions: admin@akstechnologies.in.
