Without the app

Email admin@akstechnologies.in from any address with the subject "Delete my account" and the mobile number you sign in with. We may send a code to that number to confirm it is yours, and we delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in (phone number)
• Your name and channel name
• The list of phones you used the app on
• Your trial, access and usage counts (videos exported, templates used)

What is not affected

• Videos, photos and projects on your phone are never uploaded to us, so they stay on your phone until you delete them or uninstall the app. Finished videos you saved to your gallery stay there.
• Your subscription is not cancelled by deleting the account. Cancel it in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings so you are not charged again.
• We may keep payment records for as long as tax law requires.
