Bulletin Studio — Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use the Bulletin Studio app ("the app") made by AKS Technologies, Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, India ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them.

1. Your account

You sign in with your mobile number. Keep your phone secure; you are responsible for what is done with your account. Give a real name and channel name. One account is for one person and is used on one phone at a time: signing in on a new phone signs the old one out.

2. Free trial, free plan and subscription

• New accounts get a free trial for the period shown in the app.
• After the trial, a subscription (Bulletin Studio Pro) is needed for full use. Where a free plan is offered, it shows ads and may add a "Made with Bulletin Studio" mark to videos.
• Subscriptions are bought through Google Play or the App Store, renew automatically until you cancel, and are charged by Google or Apple.
• Cancel at any time in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Google or Apple under their rules.
• Some features (for example Go Live) may be offered only to selected or Pro accounts.

3. Your content

The videos you make, and the photos, clips, music, logos and words you put in them, are yours. You are responsible for them: you must have the right to use everything you add (including music and other people's photos or footage), and what you publish must be accurate and lawful.

You must not use the app to make or broadcast content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or that harms children, invades someone's privacy, spreads false news, or infringes copyright or trademarks. The app's templates are for your videos; you may not sell or share the templates themselves.

4. Go Live, YouTube and Facebook

Posting and going live send your video directly to the service you choose (YouTube, Facebook or another service with your stream key). That service's own terms and rules apply, including the YouTube Terms of Service and Meta's terms, and their limits on live videos. Keep your stream keys private.

5. Our app

We may change, add or remove features and templates, and may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. The app is provided "as is"; we work hard to keep it reliable but cannot promise it will always be free of errors or available. Keep copies of videos that matter to you.

6. Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, or for content you create or publish, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

7. Privacy

How we handle your information is explained in the Privacy Policy.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Himachal Pradesh have jurisdiction.

9. Changes and contact
