Delete your Bulletin Studio account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Bulletin Studio and sign in.
2. Go to Account.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm. (If you signed in a while ago, the app first asks you to sign in again with a new code.)

Without the app

Email admin@akstechnologies.in from any address with the subject "Delete my account" and the mobile number you sign in with. We may send a code to that number to confirm it is yours, and we delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in (phone number)
• Your name and channel name
• Your phone's details and the record of what you did in the app
• Your trial, access and usage counts (videos exported, templates used, captions and voice use)
• Facebook's and YouTube's permissions on your phone

What is not affected

• Videos, photos and projects on your phone are never uploaded to us, so they stay on your phone until you delete them or uninstall the app. Finished videos you saved to your gallery, or posted to YouTube or Facebook, stay there.
• Your subscription is not cancelled by deleting the account. Cancel it in your Google Play or App Store subscription settings so you are not charged again.
• We may keep payment records for as long as tax law requires.
